Is very sad when they provide a time of delivery and they don't show up and in top they charge you there customer service is very bad

Received a phone call from UPS at 11:00am stating my package ($150.00 for a small box) would be delivered in the afternoon. Remained home as to not miss the delivery. Here it is almost 8:00pm at night and still no delivery. That’s an entire day I will never get back!!

My overnight package was lost & upon tracking, I've noticed inconsistent times. The document I need has been "lost" & I don't have the time to have them resent as I have a booked flight in 2days & have to have documents in hand, purpose of the flight. I'll never use ups again or recommend them.

Taken through several states. Then transferred to my local area which then transferred through several cities. 80% always a problem

There is lot of dscripency in the tracking information some time it says it will be delivered today and other tome it says we will update you with the delivery schedule asap.

Very bad service they charge me $155 us too overnight delivery ? and the package take more than 7 days…. That’s stupid

Worst service ever. My package is supposed to arrive today and they never tried to reach out !!! ???

These guys never communicate when there is an issue. Rather the package gets stuck and you only realize after days of delays! They are also really hard to get decent support from and it takes ages to get through all their automated levels to finally reach someone!
