UPS drivers can’t seen to find my address because they don’t look. I have large lighted numbers on top of my 5’ rock wall above my numbered mailbox. They repeatedly drive past. I’ve stood out in the road and flagged them down pointing to my address. As soon as I get one “trained” they switch drivers! Sometimes they throw my packages over my neighbor’s back gate!

More than 20 days for a parcel from Indiana to Calgary. And it was back and forth between Chicago and cities in Canada for several days then stopped at Ontario for 5 days.

UPS is a liar when they said receiver is not available to receive the parcel ! We had stayed home for 3 days just hope my parcel would be delivered as scheduled but all happened are no shows on day 1( scheduled) day 2 & 3. We checked with our Condo security that no delivery was made at all and UPS again lied that they had 2nd attempts to deliver but receiver was not available. What a poor courier service I have never had such a bad experience! ???

The only shipping company that has problems with my address. Confusing a box number with a PO BOX. Waiting for my package since October 3 and still no delivery. ????

This is the 3rd time my cancer medication was supposed to be delivered. Never received it on 9/9/22, 9/29/22, and 10/03/22. This ridicules!!!

The driver never tried to contact me, I was home the whole time! he simply chose not to make the delivery and leave my package at the carrier's location! he opted for the simplest, he did not worry about making the delivery!
