Super broken customer service, after you pay the fee, your package will still on the way to delivery for few more days, cause they never update ur payment info on the system, and the driver never drop off the package without the payment done. Extremely horrible service!!! Not recommend anyone!

Just like the other reviews it takes a long time for the package to arrive, unlike other couriers that that takes only a week but not more than 2 weeks. I will never use UPS again! Still waiting!???

I rate UPS a big fat zero don't have screwed up so many times on my packages it's not even funny going from New Orleans Louisiana to Covington Louisiana and y'all send it to Louisville Kentucky this is supposed to be up overnight package to me of my medications from the VA yo a bunch of screw UPS
