Wouldn’t have even given them one star. My package was supposed be delivered at my house not sure why they couldn’t deliver it to my house no reason was given so instead they dropped off somewhere else was informed that it where my packages get delivered is left up to the driver. So pretty much what I understand is the drivers can drop peoples parcels where ever.

I wouldn’t even give UPS one star lately. Had a package dropped at CVS store instead of my house not sure why. Was informed by customer serves that where my packages get dropped off is left to the discretion of the driver. So in other words they can drop your items where ever then you have to track them down.

Dropped off package at one of their locations and I couldn’t track it. It says on the website package hasn’t received yet. This is not a reliable courier as they don’t even have answers to lost packages.

UPS not even tried to deliver my package to my home. I stayed at home in front of my door waiting for the package and nobody/car was coming. Later I saw in the status that there was an deliver attemptive but nobody was here. It is easier and cheapper for UPS that we go to UPS access point to collect our packages, even if I was paying for the delivery.

Customer service reps in the stores will use your info on packages you are in no way associated with, then try to gaslight you into feeling guilty when you insist they remove your info.
