You don't deserve even one star!!! Instead of arriving at the customer's home, you determine that we are not at home and deliver the package to a distant collection point.

This is the worst courier service there is, they lose the packages, nobody is responsible, they don't give you an answer, they tell you that they spend one day at an hour and they pass sooner or later they don't knock on the door and well at least they let me a role but I have to be vigilant to see if I see them coming, the worst thing I've seen, they all work very badly.

Honestly, I don't even want to give a star. The whole experience was horrible, I had two boxes shipped from US to Hong Kong. One of them package box were broken and my product inside were smashed, where the sender clearly put "Fragile" warning on the box and put arrow to indicate which side up, obviously the workers in between just ignore it. 2nd boxes arrived China Shenzhen airport and somehow they decided to send to Korea and then fly back to Hong Kong airport the next day, because they couldn't find transportation from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. I don't understand why two boxes mailed out the same time to same address had such huge different treatment. One arrived on time but completely broken and the other took on a trip to another country and still haven't arrived after 2 days from the first box. Apart from the local delivery guy has a helpful and positive attitude, nothing was good for this entire experience. I need to order the products again and will definitely NOT using UPS ever.

The UPS people that Deliver packages to our building are always nice and polite Packages . The answering service, it’s a little complicated to use without a tracking number. I was not able to get any information upon my package. Although I did get an email wish I missed a date, I also got a text message indicating there was a problem with my package. I was trying to schedule a pick up with no avail .
