I was told this package would be delivered by Friday! It’s not! I’m going out of country now I don’t have my partial teeth

For the second week in a row, UPS failed to deliver the every wed box from Hello Fresh. Simply citing bix damaged and discarded in its entirety. Guess at their disgression. Facility: UPS Showlow, heading to Overgaard. No explanation. What poor customer service.

As for me I'm not sure this UPS company is as Good to me the way I heard about it if we have known we could have been used DHL not UPS

I have been waiting for my parcel since 16th August I was told that my package will be delivered by the end of the day on Monday but still my package is at koenl,DE whiles I'm in Ghana ?? waiting for my package why is my package still delayed can you guys tell me something

Parcel was addressed for St. Clement Jersey but ended up in St Clement Bodmin! What is the point of postcodes? I believe It has been redirected but we are now 8 days since it arrived in Bodmin and still awaiting delivery information. I wonder what route it is taking?

Package in McAlester ok for over a week said address was wrong called and gave them the address and directions to my home still a week late I don't have my package that they were paid to deliver there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE don't use if you expect it to be delivered the worst ever

Mahadeo Thite I'm waiting for my parcel from 21 days and it's in transit for 17 days.. very bad service.. no reply after 8th August. There is only drlivered. But im from india,waiting for my parcel dince 15 days, no correct tracking now where it is?? Dont knwo!!! customer service please send perfect current location. 08.08.2022

They do not tell me anything. My package was never delivered to my house.

The delivery guy was friendly but I am missing a box. The box sys 1of 2. Not sure how to get the other package

Do Not go to the store at 8461 Farm ste 120 , Las Vegas, NV Horrible service… the rep was careless. I had two packages One was received by Amazon and the other not. I watched as he bin one and left the other on the wall behind him . So now I’m unable to track the lost package. I called the store this morning.. the extremely Rude manager Izaba answered but was unable to assist with her little knowledge Too bad the conversation wasn’t recorded, maybe it would have led to a firing

Poor service, nobody will contact you if they require anything from you, they hardly reply mails, you to be the one calling and reaching out. Poor customer service, poor communication
