I'm waiting for my parcel from 21 days and it's in transit for 17 days.. very bad service.. no reply after calling to customer service

I am very disappointed my item has been sitting for 2 days not even moved yet

Sorry Sir, I am really fed up and awaiting for my courier.which will come from India. It was cleared from custom’s on 5th august Winipeg. So far not reached to Terracebay. Please help me in this regards. Purushotham Reddy

This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with in my life so angry and very poor communication skills just terrible service all the way around you give them a delivery date and they bring it the day before and then make you pay for a date change and still don't follow the instructions

That was absolutely terrible! I ordered flowers for my friend for the certain day, but UPS delivered it in one day after. What’s wrong with you, UPS? I was really waiting for this day, for this package which my friend had to receive. There were flowers, not shoes. They had to be as fresh as possible!
