UPS says delivery exception because may be address is incomplete...yet I get all my deliveries from US, China and locally from central Philippines without any issue!!!! Can't get a local number for the delivery company that UPS has hired to deliver from Manila!!!

Do not pay for two day shipping to get it to you faster because even if it’s late you don’t get your $30 backs. Just taking your money for their mistakes.

Warning - Advertencia. UPS The UPS Agency has no guarantee - when it comes to sending important papers - they make you lose it—. I went to the UPS. Store # 4768. and pay $68. by Express Next Day Shipping to send and return - An international certificate of health of my pet - And they made me lose my Papers. Inside those Papers was a $38 money order. I lost all of that. I had to call the vet to get other papers and send them through the FedEx Agency. and go back to Pay. the culprit of everything is UPS. It is a company that can cause you problems. Perhaps. My pet no longer travels with me. because there is not much time. to do these paperwork. FedEx told me they are going to help me. Thank you

S package was shipped from pakistan on 8 june and today is 8 August still didnot recive it i called every day۔they replied we have start investigation about your package۔ no tracking information only show the map۔ according map my parcel is in utrecht nederland then why they did send it to me۔i dont to give any star۔its too much

Well I've never had a bad experience until now and they're saying that my package was delivered and that's just not the truth I'm sort of upset because I'm always doing business with Macy's and I've always got my package I've been on the phone but I need a live agent not some virtual person looking for some help

Terrible service, leaving packages on the street. Packages are coming often damaging. Never would recommend to use UPS to anyone.

Can't believe a package this big 3 1/2'x24"x2 1/2' had been loss from July 12th 2022 until know August 7 not good at all.

I like the fact it lets me know where my package is it is very interesting where all it goes before arrival Thank You to all the drivers and warehouse employees

The package that was shipped on July 12 2022, has not been delivered as of August 7 2022, a claim has been filed, still not found ,wow no email or text from UPS, not acceptable.where is my package!!!!!

My shipment arrives Tuesday i paid the duties and taxes the same day, didn't get it, i called Wednesday didn't get it, called thursday and friday didn't get. I called the hot line many many times they just told me to keep tracking it t'was already updated. And nothing happen and no body can give any assurance. I don't know what happen to my bike i ordered from canon.

Buen servicio!! Después de enviar nuestra laptop a Mexico y aduana querer cobrar 500 dólares de impuestos!! Cosa que nunca nos dijeron ?? Finalmente retorno a su origen y tuvieron la gentileza de no volver a cobrar por el retorno!! Se los agradezco. Nota cuando envíes algo no le pongas un valor tan alto!! Y en la agencia donde lo reciban favor indicar si hay que pagar impuestos adicionales al cargo del envío!! Por lo demás todo bien, nuevamente Muchas Gracias!!
