Terrible service. If it isn’t my regular driver they miss my address every time. We moved our address is 702 Mountain Lion Drive, Clifton Az and they will look at the name and deliver it to my old address every time. I have lost several packages because they deliver by the name and not to the address on the package.

I will never use this service ever again. Suppose to get my package since last week but it's still at the destination the package was received and I am supposed to use the package in few days time. I am so disappointed

Was suppose to receive it today at 8:00 pm now I’m waiting till the first of next month if there is a way to go and get my package I’ll do it this is disappointing

So disappointed Earlier the driver messaged me to let me know the time on his arriving so i've waited and informed him that let me know once he reached so that i can comedown so i can collect it by my self bcoz its very urgent and need to send again..But he just told me that he already reached and dropped it on mail box.My reason of lettimg him kmow that i will comedown coz i needed it asap and the key is not with me i havr to wait for my boss to reached home at 11pm before i can get that!
