Two days in a row. I received email saying my parcels was rescheduled because no one was there to receive it, I have a door bell camera and notifications when door bell is pushed, no one even tried to deliver it. Last time I use UPS.!!!!!

Ordered products from Amazon to vacation home in Maine ( we have received many packages over the years at that address) failed delivery on July 01 said apartment # missing ( house # is posted by street) called ups would be delivered next day, did not show, called back would be delivered Tuesday July 5 did not come, called Amazon they put ups on the line was told it would be delivered next day, did not show called Amazon again same story for next day, still no package , wasted 1 1/2 hours on the phone and over 10 days there , Amazon canceled order. Days later received notice package was being returned. Could not replace one of the items out of stock. And now almost 3 weeks after it was to be delivered getting notice of package whereabouts, ups people we spoke with 4 times could not get it delivered.

Inform all details regarding parcel very accurately. ofcourse it is time consuming job. overall ratings 4. very good. Please try to reduce time taken . ok Thanks

I do not recommend, despite waiting at home for the parcel, notification that the attempt to deliver the parcel has failed will be delivered the next day laughter in the room 8 days goes from Germany to Germany ?

Horrible service. They did the mistake in updating the payment information to the driver and delayed the package.
