They never made a attempt to deliver but said they did. The fuuny thing is i was home and even talk to the ups driver, she was delivering to my neighbor and said she didn't have anything for me.

Horrible system package LOST envelope left at the front door. UPS customer service is no help 5 day waiting game to investigate. Do not leave packages at the door if no one is at home regardless if no one has to sign for it !!! Get a better system UPS.

UPS complained about bad receiver/target information with no reason and delayed delivery by a business day....

Everybody has all day to take off work and wait for a Time window that is never met causing nobody to take responsibility for anything and computers are always to blame and even me as the customer have been blamed as well. Says it's out for delivery and it also says that it's at facility for the past more than 12 hours processing when it's in my city and I can go pick the damn thing up 15 minutes away. Constantly no matter what without a shadow of a doubt there's always a freaking problem

They never actually attempt to deliver, they just say they tried. Horrible courier! And then it is tough to find which store the dumped your package at. How they remain in business in the Czech Republic is beyond me.
