a few months ago I received a parcel, parcel number H5640944393, I ordered a parcel from Norway! your carrier, UPS, delivered the package to me in a terrible condition! everything is broken, and there was a lot of damage! I called UPS and they told me to open a case and send a photo! I did everything as requested! No answer! you are doing a terrible job! At this stage, I want to contact a lawyer and sue you! because you don't understand otherwise!

Never gets there when they say it will. My second to last shipment was sent 3rd. Day. Got there 7 days later. My last shipment supposed to get the in 2 days might get there in 4 days.

5 stars. Fast and good.

I paid $132 to have Urgent Medication shipped yesterday and was Guaranteed delivery by 12:00 today. It is 1:46 now and the tracker has it in KENTUCKY , and I am in Maryland. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Bad service never does your package get overnighted like you pay for. It sits like mine in Kentucky for over 24 hours when it was supposed to be delivered

Horrible courier in the Czech Republic. Each and every time they "attempted a deliver" I was at home, yet nobody called or rang the doorbell. It is pretty well-known now that they don't even try to deliver - they just take everything to a central depot where it is up to you to track it down and then go pick it up. How UPS calls itself a courier service is beyond me. Absolutely abominable.

Confused on how my package comes up as delivered but when look closer it says its been out for delivery for the past 12 hours

My package was not delivered like it was suppose to be now have ups trying to fix the problem

Never again! I will do my best to use another company! If I were to run my business like these guys do I wouldn't be around long!

worst service ever seen, They sent my urgent Doc (Visa) to another country and I lost my date.
