This is the worst most pathetic company I've ever dealt with!! My urgent parcel is several days overdue and no one will help at all. Never again UPS!!!

They said that my package would be delivered between friday and monday and when I use the tracking say my package will be shipped in Tuesday and then Thursday and now I have 3 days without updating the shipment so I don't know where is my package in this moment

Package left Florida and arrived in Carolina Puerto Rico since Friday. Today is Monday but you know, holiday weekend sooo... In this case, you don't get what you paid for!!!

Wrong delivery...not providing the information where they leave the package. Very bad experience

Very bad bad bad We paid for Saturday delivery, but it will be shipped on Tuesday due to long weekend. It is a shame as I really needed the document for my flight

Ups is the best delivery service besides usps. Neve ever use fed ex ground is terrible

The worst service. On delivery truck for 3 days. Dump them. Use the post office it’s much fadter

Been waiting all day for my package since they need a signature, unable to do other stuff I needed to do, and it shows its out for delivery, I’m STILL WAITING.?

They are most definitely not what they used to be I don't know if it's a sign of the times or what but it used to be good people but now just seems like they don't care that's why I only give them two stars never on time and doesn't seem to care it's a very few of them do you're lucky if you get that driver that does care hope you don't get one that don't care
