Tracking days switch often and its never for an early arrival. Always late by a day or 2.

No updated today is 1 July in website it is showing upto 29 th June only we didn’t unable to track shipment details

Was after 7pm and then I'm glad I was here. He dropped the package over my gate and my computer was cracked on monitor and the drive was cracked. They need to be careful when delivering. To get messed up equipment because of the drivers is not acceptable. Do better

Never have your packages on time any more and turns of notifications to the tracking number of packages that you purchased

I had to send my phone off for repairs to Samsung that I bought 4 months ago. On the 13th and have on my doorbell camera me recieving the box and the ups driver allowing to put the phone in the box and giving me a sticker. And they never received said the box was empty. Now it's under investigation for 7 days. I called the 7th day they then say it has to go through further investigation and no idea how long that will take. Now at 16 days without a phone. Every time I call I get conflicting stories. It's ridiculous. Also had a check sent overnight and it's still not arrived from Georgia to South Carolina. So disappointing

Last time UPS shiped something they sent it to the wrong address. Sure hope that dont happen again. I will be pissed and why does it have to take so long. Hell I could mail a letter and it would get there faster

I sent an overnight package $285.- and it still took three days! BS!!!!

I have paid more than £30 to deliver my parcel to hk on 9/3 but ups didn’t deliver it. Then I requested them to be sent back to me without refunding my courier fee but up to now 23/6(which is already 2 weeks passed) I still didn’t get my parcel back! Very very bad service!!!!????
