I ordered stickers, says it came at around 2pm it's now 8 hours later and it says my package was delivered even though it wasn't. Still waiting for it to come before I refund the order

This is unacceptable service. Not in time not even knock the door or call. Just throws on driveway and the gone, regardless the warning that package contains time sensitive and temperature sensitive vaccine. Driver had few warning about this. Terrible!

Lost controlled medicine that cannot get a replacement prescription. Because of federal law. So now I am without medicine for a month. No way to talk to local ups to help find it. Said they would send email on how to find it. Email never came
