Again my package was delivered somewhere else. After a wait of 2 weeks. 200 lbs dig food gone n no answers. The tracking is dicey . I called ups. Waste of time. They want me to find it???????? Expensive purchase. Out my money n 5 dogs out their food All shippers are becoming less then impressive. Now I hv to fight to try to get my money back. Love on fixed income n money's dang tight. Fed up with home delivery always being lost. They won't lift a finger to help. I hv to figure it out. So sick of this...

Muy buena entrega rápido todo llegó bien

Sometimes very good, sometimes bad. The Store (5794) is fantastic, UPS delivery is occasionally erratic. During the illness/death of F-I-L in Eugene OR, This store was so helpful and professional... they were invaluable. From IN to OR for 3 months with many obstacles - i can't say enough! I recommend UPS to anyone who asks.

Always laye and so many damaged packages. I always ask for other carriers and cringe whenever I see Amazon used UPS . What happened to this once great carrier?

The delivery drivers in my area are awesome. I always get my packages when they say I'll get them, and the driver isn't afraid of my mom's 10 year old Chihuahua who barks her head off at everyone. We don't have a fence so we put her on a run line by the front door when she needs to go out. It's never been a problem for your guys! USPS on the other hand... They don't even stop if she's out.

Received tracking info the next day I ask for the status. Never was accurate, and only received the correct info by calling straight to customer service. Even the "Delivered" notification came 14 hrs. later!

Terrible service they just lost my package with the provisional license plate and the registration of the vehicle that I just bought and when I call to complain they tell me that it has been delivered and that they left it at the door when it is an envelope of documents they cannot just leave it lying around In front of the door I have a mailbox 1Z3402070305826981 Terrible service now I can't move my vehicle they lost my license plate and registration. Pésimo servicio acaban de extraviar mi paquete con la placa provisional y la registracion del vehículo que acabo de comprar y cuando llamo para reclamar me dicen que ys esta entregado y que lo dejarom en la puerta cuando es un sobre de documentos no lo pueden dejar simplemente tirado frente a la puerta tengo un buzón 1Z3402070305826981 Pésimo servicio ahora no puedo mover mi vehículo perdieron mis placa y registro.

We received 1 of 2 packages on June 9 and still have not received the second package. Very disappointed.

Sometimes they do good other times they don't.

Packages never come when they say . Times change 3 to 4 times a day . Unaccepptal in my book when you ate waiting for a package only to find you have to wsit another 4 hours

I been waiting on my package for a moth every time I call there answer is Friday someone will deliver. I call and write it's not cool and there prices for a 9 lb box is 200 + tax is crazy. Now not even they don't know what else to say. How hard is it to ship to Puerto Rico that is part of the United States. This company is trash I will be letting people know how trash this company is I have proof in emails and also calls made out to this company trying to get my package as soon as I can but is been 1 month. Hope this don't happen to anyone else. Now and days you can even send anything any more.
