I lost my parcel and got no help from UPS. Tracking said delivered but I did not receive. And I lost important document. !!!! Will Never use this service in future. !!!!

My boyfriend ordered a t-Shirt and they say it’s delivered but they never showed up, I tried to speak with someone and they say: Here shows up that it’s delivered. They didn’t want to believe me. They are Tiefs i dont know how this company is still running.
