They lie, lie, lie! The driver is arrogant, nasty and lies. The manager is rude, speaks over you and lies. Have NOTHING to do with them and use USPS!!!

My package has been sitting in the UPS facility in Miami since April 6th and it is now May 6th. Very poor service!!!

UPS is not a reliable company.they take too long to deliver parcels and the do not give movements update.

It’s not the first time UPS give me a delivery date and they missed it. No email or message about it, that’s why I don’t use them for my shipping needs

I have always had good service with UPS. Ine time paid extra and it came late. It happens. I'm okay. Fed ex is good but what kind of condition will it be in. UPS GREAT.
