This package went all over the country! Really

Absolutely horrible. They stated time and date twice but they did not show at those times. I work from home, my window faces the street. They did not show. I tried to return the package anyway and they wanted to charge my credit card. How do I give 0 stars?

Delivered to wrong apartment bldg.This is 3rd time they delivered to wrong apartment building

I ordered a package on Friday should have gotten Saturday still waiting

He didn't deliver the package and it was easier to say sorry, you have to go pick it up.

If I could less than 1 , you deserve it. Sloppy useless chatbot is your nonsensical addition to your achievements. If I have to give all the information to chatbot, stating what was the last location of package, when was it updated whats the use?

Worst service here. We have sent food items on 6/25/2024 to California from India, they must have been spoilt by now.

Worst service. Items sent on 25th of june2024 from India to Upland, not yet received. Food items must have spoiled . Very very sad

Unbelievable UPS could be so complacent to let an order of perishable meat rot. Then UPS did the same with the replacement order. It makes me sad the food went to waste. It makes me sad I can't do business with a good company because of UPS. It makes me sad that no one lost there job over this.

This company is awesome they stayed in contact with me the whole time I can't even say it no I will definitely recommend this company five stars for them

Bad delivery service. Parcel was sent from Missouri to Fort Worth where it supposed to be delivered but instead was sent to 2 places in Oklahoma now it's back to Arlington TX and I still don't know when it will be here. Worth
