The worst customer service I have ever come across impossible to get any information about 3 parcels that have been cleared for delivery 2 weeks ago and still nothing and nobody to talk to about their whereabouts 0876889653

Terrible tracking and customer service

I had a parcel coming back from repair in Romania. UPS told me that they were scheduling delivery on Monday a.m. so we cancelled plans and stayed in. Nothing arrived. Then told it would be by close of play on Monday. Nothing arrived. Then notified that they would deliver Tuesday am. So we cancelled our plans again. Nothing arrived all day. I've just received a notification that UPS are contacting the sender to get 'clearance information' . No idea what the problem is but my question is "WHY UPS did you tell me that it was scheduled for delivery yesterday and then today if it wasn't even cleared??? Totally wasted our time. Complete amateurs.

You have a package of mine in Medford WI, I live in Oconto WI which is well East of Medford WI. I'm not traveling all the way to Medford WI to collect my package. I am reporting this to whom it may concern. My address is not even close to Medford WI. That is over 2 hours away. This is not the only time UPS has screwed up my delivery. This is a very poor job in my book

Very poor services . Never received the courier as per their tracking date

Why don’t give our packages to other companies to deliver. They never deliver my stuff and I can’t contact them. I hole ups responsible for this.

Why does ups give u our packages. Ur UNBELIEVABLE… no way of contacting u at all. U never deliver our stuff u steal from us. My third time this is all ups fault why do they trust u people

Guess I am a victim of this lame mail service too says it was delivered I never got my package I they should hire people that wanna work and do the job right because these guys right now can't seen to handle the job or read the addresses on the parcels horrible service

Worst service. Pls Not to book through this courier. I booked my consignment on 28th june and today on 9th july the consignment is in their godown. I will not book again through this courier. They are fake.

Worst service. Very very slow. Parcel booked on 28th of june and today on 9th july they didn’t forward the consignment. I will never book consignment through UPS (1Z C3Y 422 04 6974 3108).

UPS. Delivered 2 Packages at my home, and they just left it at the door. In fact you guys never even called or send me a Text messages, to let me know that you will be delivering package at home. I lost the packages. Very poor service, guys.

UNBELIEVABLE! This package was sent on July 1st FROM Ca... TODAY IS JULY 8 AND this package is still stuck in San Pablo, CA... UNREAL... UPS had a much better rating than USPS... not anymore.. This package IS SUPPOSED TO BE TO ME in Mobile, Al... by WEDNESDAY... I'm shocked it's still stuck in CA... wtf UPS?! DO BETTER!! PLEASE!!

UPS has fell off the service is poor..

UPS sent a notification that my package was delivered, however I never rec'd the package. I called UPS and they indicated that I needed to pickup the package at a UPS location, however no notification was left to do so.
