Definitely the worst and slowest courier service. Tracking is not updated as the last one was 4 days ago and nothing after that. So my package may be in the garbage now.

UPS has lost two packages in the last month. It has always been lost in the Jacksonville location. I am now out of a lot of money. Same Product, same size box has been lost in Jacksonville? I'm questioning there whole security program. Never received either box. I wont be using UPS again.
UPS sucks
I ordered 4 cases of the same item and 1 case of another off Amazon. For some reason the single item and 1 of the 4 case item were shipped on one order and the other 3 of 4 cases were shipped in another order. Both orders were on the same delivery truck today based on the time stamps and because the city population I live in is only 7000 so there wouldn't be 2 UPS trucks coming here. I got one of the orders shipped today but the other, on the same truck, was not. UPS is horrible. I live in an apartment and UPS doesn't bring anyone's packages to their door. They are all left in the building entryway. If I had a choice on delivery companies I would pick FedEx.
