If I could give a zero stars I would. Every single time Amazon uses UPS the parcel is never ever on time when it says it will be delivered. The UPS company is a disgrace.

you failed to deliver. ypu failed to call customer. you your seller miss labeled the item.hope ypu lost money on poor communication.

I cannot believe all the negative reviews. I use UPS all the time and it is my favorite way to send a package. I sent packages up to New York all the time and they always get them on or before the date I'm giving which is usually 2 to 3 days later if I send it during the week. And they even deliver on Saturdays now. I love them and have never had a problem.

We paid 189 Euro on Monday to have a package delivered overnight express. It is Wednesday, we are in a different city, and the package looks like it's still in Tuscany while we're now in Sorrento. We can't get anyone to help us!!

I have been sitting in my house all day today waiting for a very important parcel and since 9:56AM today, it’s been sitting at the sorting place in Ajax, ON. It is 7:10PM and I’m still waiting. Now it’s saying expected Delivery Date is June 21st.

Your service is awful. Please close down the deli the parcel and go back to your Printing business cards. Also you’re not good at it either I never ever use the UPS in my whole life again, enough is enough.

The driver delivered my medicine to someone else. I checked with all my neighbors. My package nowhere to be found. I need my medicine dam it.

Left 75 lb oversize package directly in front of garage door. Would have easily been able to leave it on the side not blocking the door
