It's all bull can't even track a package

Ups is frustrating me. A parcel slated to be delivered between 8-10 days has already spent two weeks without delivery. I was at home all through yesterday waiting for ups only to track my package and saw failed delivery attempt.where, and how? They didn't reach me,they didn't come to my house. I had earlier called two days back that I pick it up myself due to the delay and they insisted it has already been scheduled for delivery and again. I can't have my package after 15 days.

I am very disappointed in this service. I still not received my package. Tracking number is YZKWL18334712QQ where did you deliver it to?

I sent a package on Saturday marked overnight and it didn’t arrive at its destination until Wednesday.

You canceled the pickup date and I had to reschedule for the next day. Also I wondered why the delivery driver was wearing a full face mask that covered from his neck to the top of his head. Was it to cover his face from a camera or that it helps on dusty rural roads. Coming to a country house in the woods with a ski mask covering your face isn't a good idea. Fortunately I saw the UPS truck a split second after seeing him.

UPS is a household name in the courier services. But I don't know why for 3days now my parcel with tracking number W5682633668 has not been delivered to me since 25th of June 2024 when it arrived QC.

I hate when UPS is assigned my package delivery! It’s never delivered in a timely manner and the driver sometimes lies and marks it as “not able to deliver “, after I’ve stayed home all day waiting for the delivery!

I love ups , it’s way better and cheaper than the post office, so far packages have been on time and not damaged. Thank you UPS

Box was broken on one corner and was left outside my yard on the wrong side of the fence. I was glad that I was home and was able to push, pull and drag this heavy lawn mower through my gate and up to my front door. This is where it should have been delivered in the first place. I am lucky that this expensive lawn mower was not stolen before I could get to it. Not happy with this service at all.

The ups say they buzzed us but it never happened. Our buzzer dials our phone and any calls show on our phone. I believe the delivery guy /gal did not read our buzzer instructions and tried pressing in our suite number which is just doing nothing. They should of scrolled down the pad until they daw our suite number and pressed on it. Not once but twice now this has happened. I pray on the next delivery they have enough common sense to read the panels instructions.

My order was supposed to be here in 3 to 5 days. It's been 7 working days and it still has not arrived. 10 days in all.

I paid for the next day air trip pak and it was instead delivered 3days 15hrs later. Very bothered about it. If a customer pays extra for a specific day delivery then it should delivered as planned. Besides in emergency situations which I can understand. Yet there was no emergency situation. Hope they make up for this somehow....
