Where is my package? I live in a senior building... the driver is too lazy to call to open the door to enter.... if he leaves it in the entry it can be taken by anyone.

What a scam. UPS has delayed or lost a package and I have to pay them to find out where it is. It has Ben sitting in one location for over a week. It happens to be specialized dogfood that now I have to contact my vet to see if they have some. This is poor management by UPS

When I will get my parcel. Why I have to pay more money if I already paid all charges.

I live in Montoursville PA the current location of my "Delivered at home address" package seems to be 7 miles away at Williamsport's City bus depot. Across from the County Courthouse.

Updates are always a day late

my package was for urgent medication and they simply delivered it to a completely different address... it seems intentional like they deliver it anywhere

I didn't receive my international parcel yet. It's been more than 12 days. Tracking system showing still in transit and last update was on 14th June only.

Everyone is right Ups is a disgrace. My parcel was in Edmonton but never got my parcel delivered. It sat somewhere in transit tor almost a week snd i never got it. It got sent back Have no reason Why. Just disgraceful it should be rated -

Why is my product missing?

my parcel didn't deliver on time. one month ago send it with faster amounts. still on the air.

Tracking says it’s delivered. But it’s not. Tried calling customer service and they want me to enter credit card number before they will talk or text me.

I did not receive the parcel. They've sent a picture of someone else's house trying to say. I received it when I did not. I believe the driver has stolen the person and now I'm going to fight for my money back. This is ridiculous.

Horrible!! I’ve never had any other delivery tell me that they couldn’t deliver my stuff & put it in PICKUP. It’s giving LAZY. I always use the SAME adress & others deliver JUST FINE. But when UPS delivers a package all of a sudden there’s issues with delivery I need to pick it up. LAZY. HORRIBLE. DIDNT EVEN CONTACT ME. Sent it straight to pickup.

Delivered parcel to a different address, lucky the person let me know that my parcel was at their house and not mine. So I was able to pick it up.
