I found this company on Amazon, found a I pad that was reasonably priced for my budget, I clicked check out ( assuming that it was like Amazon where I could check my order first), but no they charged me. I quickly canceled order, and contacted Amazon who stood up for me. I’m glad that someone has my back because, they don’t. Just hope they refund my card. Will never use this company ever again.

My parcel had been at Louisville since Monday. Was supposed to be delivered to Long Beach on Wednesday, now Friday & its’s nowhere near where it should be. Not happy!

Too much delay no coperation

Please don’t waste your time with this company very dodgy not even answer your question, open chat online ask you to do $2 dollar transaction, scammers

I would not recommend them for delivery in Haiti. They take forever to release your package.

Worst service ever. Sent my package from Richmond B.C to Ontario. Where it sits.I live in B.C .Why would you send it across Canada total b.s.

Terrible delivery both tome deliveries of packages to my back door which is wide open for anyone to steal. Front porch has brick to cover packages

A giant ZERO for UPS. I hope I never have to wait for another parcel from UPS delivery. Poor management

2-5 business day expedited international shipping going on business day number 9 now. Only started showing anything on the tracking yesterday.had I realized the shipper was using incompetent shipping, I would have ordered my packages elsewhere. I will be sure to avoid sellers using ups in the future
