UPS reviews

I don't know what's going on I've never had any complaints from UPS but lately I've found my packages in another house that isn't mine I don't know why if the address is exactly right and I lost some things due to an error by the person who delivers the packages I hope you can correct that error thanks

Normally the regular driver does a good thing of putting my packages by the planter or the door where it wont be easy to see, but today whoever deliered it just tossed it by the steps, not bothering to keep it offsite, I saw it on my camera and had to come home before my time, not nice at all

A day late which rendered the delivery useless.

I live in a small town. I want to tell everyone how NICE the man is that delivers my packages. So many times bad reviews are written. And I just want it be known how great ups is. Thank you.

The carrier at my zip code.76006 is the most disgusting and horrible person,am talking about the one that delivered in the morning, the old man that delivered in the afternoon he is good and understanding. I wish they can have all of them like him. Always I have problems with my delivery with ups. That's why I love Amazon prime.

Schlechter Kundenservice, unerreichbarer Ablageort... Trotz Vermerk an der Klingel, das Paket bitte bei einem Nachbarn abzugeben, wurde mein Wunsch ignoriert und das Paket wurde 2 Städte weiter abgegeben. Zu den Öffnungszeiten bin ich jedoch arbeiten, wenn ich denn überhaupt ein Auto hätte, um meinen Artikel dort abzuholen!!! ICH BIN SAUER...

Horable, package got delayed for 3 days straight and took 3 weeks for even get close to my house and the package shipped next day

The UPS store clerk lied about delivery. They charged us nearly $90 to “ensure delivery” in 2 days after we explained that the package contained heart medication and had to be delivered within 3 days. With those extra charges, we trusted them, but it’s been 5 days and we are still awaiting delivery!! When we called the store they were unapologetic and kept telling us we’d have to call or come in “later”. I’ll never trust them again. The failure to deliver on their promise caused a great deal of stress and a near medical emergency and they couldn’t so much as apologize. Never again will be trust UPS!!

One of the worst experiences of sensing a package. From SFO to Curacao. They promised delivery within 4 days. It's been 10 days and the package is still in Miami. A third party courier is to bring the package across. And they fly once a week to Curacao. Why could UPS not be transparent. Disgusted!!
