They lost the packages very often!!!!

Postal workers needs to be given more money because they have to do ups's job an FedEx ?

Still haven't received my sin shoe that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Check the status , not clear what it means. Tried calling in but don't have any information of where to call!! So DISAPPOINTED ?

Ups needs to close the business down

Can't even get updated info on my tracking # its been 7days now I have never experienced this problem before.

My daughter is a cancer survivor and I sent one of her controller medications and it is lost. It is urgent that she receive the medicine from her.

My front door was standing open and for some reason, he couldn't leave my package, just a sticker with a X in the someone's got to sign for it box. I have a blanket signature that says "no signature nessary, I accept full responsibility for packages delivered to this address. I am disabled and am home 24/7. I have a Home Healthcare provider that comes to my home twice a week.

Very very poor service

my wife was to to receive a gift by Wednesday 4/13:22. She has cancer and my sister was given this as a guaranteed date. it is now 2 days late. Most items i order are 3 to 5 days late so this should not surprise me. i now tell all compamies that i will pay any differences ti ship Fed Ex. UPS has hit bottom

Fast delivery from the States to Canada other then the dum clerance, import, tariff, taxes charges, or whatever they call them now days.

Still haven’t gotten my package that was scheduled to be here yesterday by 7pm. Haven’t received any updates as to where my package currently is.

Package delivered a day later than promised as all UPS deliveries have been lately. Not worth the $$$. Send regular postal from now on.

Since the 5th waiting for my item and they said yesterday 13th by 8pm .yesterday passed and still waiting... 4/14/22
