I sent my girlfriend a gift, it said it was delivered to her door boot it's no where to be found... Where is her packages UPS driver is Nevada!!!!

I don't know why don't send my packet is on some place on Ontario Canada until a week ago

This parcel was supposed to be signed for and extra was paid for it. UPS driver left it inside the door where anyone could have picked it up. Luckily my co worker saw it and brought it upstairs to the office.

Always delivered my packages on time in great condition. Drivers always polite

Very bad services, our client sent on sample parcel by Royal international from India to Korea on 24th Jan connecting UPS at Hk. It not deliver till know.

I tracked the package, and it said that it was out for delivery. Then - nothing! I tracked it again, and it said that it was "in transit." It said that they had tried to deliver, but that "the business was closed." This is a house, not a business, and we were home! I double-checked my shipping information, and everything on the label was correct. I don't know where it is now.

I paid for expedite delivery. It's been almost 2 weeks! I ordered glasses.

Worst service I have ever received

Too much delay in transit and delivery, did not adhere to the proposed time of delivery of the package. Service is at UPS convenience rather than customer requirements.

Tracking App should be very simple and should have upto date information and delivery man/office contact numbers. Thanks

Lost my parcel on another country

Move like a turtle in the Philippines ?? even if I send my box in express but it doesn't like express! I pay a lot of money for nothing. So for me is a no star at all
