I send load to Italy and Germany since on the 1st of this month non delivery and can’t find the goods

Worst service ever, worst couriers Real delivery is after one week of estimated delivery time Courier very rude and cant speak or understand arabic also its very hard to speak english to them If i request to deliver after 7 pm courier hang up the line If i ask courier to reschedule to friday they refuse
