Took three days longer than told

Have used several times always on time ,worth every penny

Terrible carrier cannot understand geography

I have tracking for my package for a day now and I cannot track it just says waiting. Wish I had a choice who was delivering my stuff I would get fed x ti do it least their tracking works

UPS driver was supposed to deliver my package today. Due to my sketchy neighborhood and the last package was not put by my door, I have been sitting in my car by my door waiting for my package to arrive. It was getting close to 9pm and so I checked the tracking. It said they had attempted to deliver, however, not one delivery vehicle came by. I’ve been sitting here watching. It makes it look like no attempt was made, they lied on the tracking, so they can try to go home early. Please just do your job and deliver my package.

If I could give this company a negative number for their delivery service it would be a negative -8, as eight times out of 10 there is a problem with the delivery.

The worst courier service in the world. Very slow & inefficient.

Been saying it would be here by the 30th and it’s still sitting in transit. Terrible when you really need something

If you live abroad, as I do, don't ever let anyone from the US send you any important package via UPS.

3-4 times I send items but not a single time received at destination address. Very very poor service. Don't give items to this company for delivery.

“Next day delivery” has taken at least three days now! Should have used USPS!
