Wish I could give a 0 Are there any actual humans working at this company, cant seem to find one! Ordered product from Sally beauty stores on Aug 6, still have not received and its Aug 21st.

The worst I have ever done business with

Always late on delivery - local process and delivery is very slow and time consuming

Courteous & quick service. Faye did a great job meeting my needs as I was pressed for time.

My 2 lamps were badly damaged. They were broken up bad and no one offered me a refund.

Fast an easy to follow

My 2 packages was due yesterday. It stated out for delivery and then changed to arrived at LaCrosse facility over 3 hours later. It also stated this morning it was out for delivery and once again over 3 hours later it shows arrived at LaCrosse facility. If you can't do your job and deliver it, I'll come and pick it up. Damn, do your job.

Still waiting for package it's day 3 now. Very disappointed with service.

Drivers can let you know when packages are but can't tell you they're on the way mines get stolen all the time that way delivery dates change all the time so you really don't know when it's really coming

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The UPS store manager and staff here are wonderful but I spent $150 to get a small package delivered overnight to my sister. She was watching for the driver to come and saw him come to her door. He did not knock and before she could open the door, he left a note and got to his truck. She chased him down her driveway but he drove away. The note said she would have to pick it up the next day at the local store. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Service is terrible. If there's a problem delivering, not even a courtesy call so I can pick it up. Package returned.

Well, it started on the 29th stayed there till the 5th and still doesn't tell were it is.
