Package is coming by horse and wagon

I have issues with ups every time. I live on a farm, they won't deliver to my house or my local post office and there's mess ups each time I use my work address.

Three hours after indicated delivery and still waiting

UPS does not even attempt my delivery of MS medication. They have done this 3 times, leaving $12,000.00 in injections that can't be above 46 degrees in a warehouse. They have repeatedly put my life in danger.

Tracking is poor at best. Package was shipped on the 9th. Of July. Still haven’t seen it yet on the 16th. Canada post delivered 2 packages from the same area in under 5 days. Would not recommend this to anyone

Very efficiently delivered. And easy tracking for peace of mind.

The website is behind. Not updated enough & the entire system is too slow. Fix it up. Fed ex is much better.

UPS is the worst for customer service and for filing a complaint. They have had a package for me since early June. It was scanned 4 times in Tacoma in early July. It is now on the other side of the continent. I could have crawled to Tacoma, snuck across the border, stolen the package and gotten it here faster. The customer complaint system is dismal.

You guy are really slow. You guys collected my percel 15 days ago from Cote d'ivoire to Sierra Leone, I'm still waiting on it. I'm so disappointed with your service.

You returned all of my mail and packages to sender when I still live here! now I dont have what I need to transport my cars to their new home. Nice job morons! not only that, but now I have to chase down the money I spent on these carriers you just totally effed up my move in so many ways! unbelievable!
