was a ups emergency in transit still waiting at my addressfor my package phone and phone case 10lbs

After 3 days my parcel has traveled 20 miles! At this rate how long until it gets across the country to the destination?

I live in a small town at the end of a route. I get UPS messages saying “package delivered, left at front door at 4:00,,” but it’s not there. It shows up a day or two later. This causes me to need to record non-delivery with UPS, even though I know the driver just decided so could wait a few more days. This is a holiday weekend, so four days of sitting on truck until enough parcels to my town to make it worthwhile for driver/UPS. What a joke.

They said they can’t find my apartment number when every other service can ups is a waste of time and money I’ll be trying to make all orders on Amazon from diffrent delivery services because you guys are the worst! I’ve seen people that can’t even read English actully try more than any worker with this company

My package was sent from Nigeria on June 9th, and the delivery address is Shenzhen, China, but today is July 2nd, why I still haven’t received the notice to receive the package? You are a world-renowned professional courier company, why is it so slow?

I sent a package on June 6 and my package took over 3 weeks to even leave the warehouse I had to call 3 times to find out finally on the third call I got a girl that actually looked into it for me and was told it was human error that no one released my parcel very disappointed spend extra money to use ups and it took so long to get there and got no compensation

So when I finished my purchase it said my package was to arrive on June 14 but it hasn’t arrived. Nothing has been clear with them up to this point. Every time I track my package it always says something different one day it says is in Germany the other in Puerto Rico. This is my first time receiving something from UPS and I’m so disappointed.

Worst courier.I have booked sweets and namkeen 11 days back through DTDC.But still they are lying in New Delhi.God knows when they will reach cedarfalls Iowa USA.When asked they are giving nonsense replies.They have charged Rs: 5000/- for 4.0 kgs weight. Don’t book in this very bad courier. It is fit for nothing.

WTF is wrong with so many people who can't write these days?? Your grammar, spelling, use of punctuation marks are so poorly lacking, you sound like you're from a third-world country and in the poorest or lowest class of people! For God sakes, learn how to communicate effectively! By all means, I was no english major in school, as a matter of fact, a very poor grade in english throughout my years in school. However, it didn't detour me from wanting to improve my speaking abilities throughout my life, something that must be worked on continuously. It will improve your life and your employment opportunities immensely. Don't you want to sound like you're an educated person? Even if you're not highly educated, you'll get much further in life if you speak well! Take this advice seriously please! I'm a 56 year old woman with no college degree and a GED. I've worked in many different industries from fast food to executive assistant type positions in an office. I've been in mid-management positions to currently running my own successful service based company. PLEASE, DO THIS FOR YOURSELF. I can absolutely assure you that you'll never be sorry.

My order arrived in Portland on a Thursday and was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. But it sits in a warehouse in Portland with no delivery update. I live across the river from Portland in Vancouver, WA …. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

It’s easy to use and very up to date service

The UPS driver said they deliver my package at my house and that was a lie I was home all day I’ll leave my house after four my dad was home outside waiting looking from about 3 o’clock we cannot see anyone see the driver no delivery they did not leave a note on the door I am very upset I go to CVS CVS did not have my package ? Super upset and mad UPS can be a liar and a UPS driver and they can tell lies
