We have always had the very best service/advice/help from any employee at our local UPS store in Gulf Cove, Florida. They greet us by name and are always pleasant. They always help us find the most economical way of shipping, based on our needs. Absolutely recommend this particular UPS store to anyone with shipping needs. Rubbish company wouldn’t use them again when you ask any questions about your package they have no idea and no helpI have been asking about a box that hasn’t turned up now for 34 days I paid express fee joke-10

I paid triple on the delivery charges compare to other logistic company as the expected delivery date is 1-2 days and I thrust UPS because of the brand . Unfortunately the delivery service is good in Singapore but when it reaches Penang , I am not sure why it takes 2 days to deliver and till now the parcel has not being sent , where it supposed to reach by yesterday .

The scale is not low enough. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. More than one month to deliver a package

Terrible service. Package was supposed to get on Friday, apparently they couldn't go pass the controlled access driveway. That wasn't a problem on some other ocasions. And this case is worst because I needed the package arrive in order to get a refound.

parcel did not leave town in 7 days and counting.....

This is the 3rd time ups has not delivered on time.excuse couldn't find my place.i live in a high rise all other company's find me.had to go pick it up. The other 2 lost.

I’m disappointed in UPS, never had a delivery problem til now. Your site shows my package delivered to my address 5/21/21 , it is as not delivered.

Very slow and unreliable service. I have a package waiting to be picked up since May 19, 2021. They told the client they were coming to send their carrier but after 2 days no show for any carriers

cannot get any info on where the pkg is or why the delay. No one answers the phone on the number given on the site.

package arrived to nearest facility over a week and no one has contacted me or attempted delivery.
