My package is not arribe yet, 2 weeks waiting for arrive

Carrier should have left parcel at doorstep. Cannot locate where it has been taken 3 days later.

This is the second month I have paid for 2day Air and extra for Saturday delivery and they never meet their deadline. If I had a Choice I would NEVER use UPS. Unacceptable!

UPS lost my package. Automated costumer service and Agents a joke. Don't know anything especially their jobs. Should change name of company to WDD short for We Don't Deliver!

I’m so disappointed with your service. Up to this time I haven’t received the package. It was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday May 26 and you send us a email that it will be delayed. I was expecting that i will get it last Friday but I wasn’t able to get it again. I was trying to track it but you never update your system. We’ve waited for you last Friday because it says that there will be a signature needed for me to be able to get the package. Upon checking it says that it will be delayed again for the second time. Later this morning May 29 I called again and I found out that the package was lost?? I’m so disappointed

The delivery driver disguised my expensive package inside an old beat-up box so that no one would think to steal it. Super thoughtful and it is really appreciated! To be clear, my package had no damage, it was just placed inside the old box. Thank you!

This company is the worst.an expedited parcel took 4 days.and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Use Purolator.

They came to my place three times never called nor emailed and saw ups driver outside while I was leaving told me my package wasn’t on his truck but it was so never got may package still waiting on it will never trust or use ups it was my choice it was the company sending it to me so this is why no one cares whether u get it or not no guarantee either

This is the worst delivery service I have ever received I have been waiting on my package for almost 10 days you gave it to the post office and they have not delivered yet they promised me yesterday they were supposed to deliver on Sunday what's up thank you
