Very poor service. Had to file 4 claims still have not received package. On the phone for 3 hours to get help still did not. I was told my package is lost. This has been going on since April 5th 2021. Went dowb to the depot on Dublin sign says closed. Cannot get a live person who is handling my investigation to speak to me.

I am waiting to receive my package last Monday - April 12 No call or notice from UPS. I checked the tracking number, it was stated that UPS attempt to deliver and called the receiver. No calls receive from UPS on the said delivery day.
