Well in the past I've had some bad experience with UPS. Bad tracking, and fees for basics options like to choose where and when to drop the parcel. But now, since a few orders delivers by UPS, everything is flawless, tracking is top notch and delivery is fast!

0 stars!!!! Worst delivery company ever. Not user friendly. Not customer oriented. Useless as far as I'm concerned.

I am so upset my package has a live animal in it was suppose to be here yesterday morning. If it doesn't make it alive ups will be responsible. I'm very upset. Not happy!

they take a long time to deliver the orders, they never do it in the period that says when one buys the merchandise

Send package the last Friday , I paid extra for fast service, the package expected delivery for Wednesday April 14 the, 2021, but today is Friday 16th, and nothing , I'm worry now..

I sent out a package from DuBois Pennsylvania to Kentucky Washington avenue it has been missing for 2 weeks almost they don't really keep in contact with me I've got to contact them this box was very important to my husband to be he is not able to come home because his he needed that box before he came home and he's lost an airline ticket now and he's still waiting to get that package back I wish someone would do something about it real fast

Called four times said for sure it would be delivered never showed
