Delivery driver doesn't deliver and lies

Tracking doesn't tell you when you will receive parcels.

Can't find the tracking result.

I have always been able to track my UPS shipments in the past, without having to go to a third-party website, but now, here i am. I looked for an explanation online, and they said that they are "streamlining" the information they give, and will only report what's "most important." I happen to think that knowing where my package is is important, and "On it's way" is completely worthless. They say that you can get that information if you sign ip for "My Choice," so i did that, and STILL couldn't get the information i wanted. It gives me the impression that they just wanted permission to gather information. It's due today. We'll see if it's on time.

I never got my package. It still doesn't say anything about delivery.

I was supposed to receive a package on april the 20th was home all day and nothing, I waited the next and nothing then I received notification that my package had been delivered, I went to the ups customer service, spoke to the person in charge, he told oh it's cause they went and you probably were not home they probably left you a notice, I said no nobody left no notice, cause I was home and ups never came by, then he just said well the package, is at the ups store, but it's closed already you can pickup tomorrow, 2 days late and I'm not even sure if it's really there.

No stars ... a week chasing an envelope around the Kelowna area. Just brutal!!!! Still don’t have it!

Slow delivery for price you pay. Had item sitting in one spot for 5 days.

There is only 1 Plateau in all of Rapid City at 57703 because I made it Dr. rather than In. my package has been in limbo since 3-26-21 didn't get to the kids for Easter

I ordered a phone from Kodoo which was delivered at 5:30 last night. The driver left it in the hallway and didn't even bother to knock. I was here and would have heard. Totally unacceptable to leave a parcel in the hallway of an apartment without knocking! I didn't know it was there until this morning. Not happy.

UPS is the worst shipping company on this planet. Users beware that you will be disappointed with this service.

My package was never delivered and it was shipment changed, to where? 1z63247 it has been 2 weeks since it was to be delivered.
