Shipper advised item was shipped at 2:55 Wednesday afternoon. When I attempted to track the shipment at 9:30 Thursday evening, UPS tracking says "waiting for item". So, 30-1/2 hours later, who is telling the truth?

I have been told and given me my parcel arrival date to the destination but now they are saying it will be delayed if it is like this they have to refund some money since tgey are breaking the agreement with customer.

most horrible experience with this company. They lost my parcel which I need to close my house and I had to call them about 20 times before they could even understand that it was lost. The tracking system didnt work. Do not use UPS . I paid for express and the delay to even talk to someone about a problem is horrible. I am filing papers with my lawyer against this company.

My package today was delivered to my neighbor again. This keeps happening because the driver does not read the address properly. My neighbor is 587, I am 587 1/2 and I clearly have it on my mailbox. The only time I get it on my porch is when I see my delivery coming and I put a note in to make sure I get it and not my neighbor. Please tell your drivers to double check the address! It happens way too often. Thank you!

you tried to deliver it to my house and said address is incomplete... so you returned it to sender? I verified the address and it was good.. wtf
