no updated information on location of parcel, terrible tracking

my order was delivered to the wrong address some how. Can get ahold of anyone to get them delivered to me

My package arrive soaking wet... destroyed. If there was a way to give zero stars I would.

My package never arrived the second package and mail to my grandson that never gets to him

The tracker keeps telling me my package is on its way but it's not it ends up back at your terminal

tracking number showed me nothing

Terrible updates and service!!! The package was mailed out in Rock Springs, WY, and it arrived at 0625 on Saturday and here it is1044 Monday morning and I’m still waiting!!!! Why not deliver it by 1000. Most business close at 5 p.m. This package was to be delivered to address 19116 E. Walnut Dr. N., # B in Rowland Heights, CA.

I have been checking the tracking number of my package and the info has not changed in last 5 days. I am on East coast and my package is on west coast. It left the seller location and went to UPS. It left that facility and went to next stop, a few towns away. It has not moved from that position for 5 days. I'm not really sure what is going on. I have called and asked a few times but no one can give me an answer. I know we are in a pandemic but also I have personally witnessed people using this just as an excuse. So, No, I am not real impressed with UPS service or customer service!

Delivery to wrong house several times over 7000 with of stuff gone no help with customer service

I have been shipping care packages to my girls for many years. Parcels went to Japan, Korea & latest to California. The service from my UPS store in Grimsby Ontario Canada has been exemplary. The customer service is excellent, the tracking works well for me & parcels sent have always arrived at the estimated time frame & in good condition. I am very pleased with the service & will continue to use it.

They are very slow. If’s doesn’t showing they are express shipping carrier

Ugly service...poor costumer service and not like Amazon.

Terrible customer service, very bad experience. Package lost, second one not delivered, terms are not respected.
