This company is a mess,no recommended.

They said the package was delivered on Wednesday and left at the door, but today is Sunday, and it actually has never delivered.

The service is really slow. The merchandise been arrived to my town 3 days ago and they still managed to send me the stuff 3 more days later. Really bad management.

My package arrived on the day UPS in Burbank said it would. I shipped my package to Temecula.

If I could negative stars I would. Your driver can’t seem to manage to come one more mailbox down that actually has the street number on it. There’s NO mistaking which chime is ours. Dumbest people ever

I lost my order which delivered from gymboree

Disappointed pkg not receiving on time pd.#45.00

An original artwork painting was sent to us in Adelaide Australia from Johannesburg South Africa. The delivery took 4 weeks (not the advised 5days) and went via Germany, France, three (!) destinations in USA and two other Australian destinations. It finally arrived badly broken. Hugely disappointed. Cannot rate UPS badly enough and will never use again. One star as not possible to give zero.

No me entregaron mi paquete

Driver passed by house and delivered a neighbour's package next door. When I tracked my delivery it said " attempt delivery". They did notbattemot delivery. The following day also said " attempt delivery ". I was home all day so clearly they did not try to deliver. On day 3 I contacted UPS with great difficulty and agent said she would send an er ri the driver that all duties were played ( that was the excuse given for non delivery from the agent initially) . She said it would be delivered that day. Later in the day a notice was left at my door saying " Delivery attempted but payment outstanding". So they were at the door, they did not ring, there were no outstanding charges and a SPECIAL NOTE and been attached/ sent to driver regarding that and still.for some reason they did not leave the package or even ring the bell. I called aging. Agent said he would send driver back that day. I still have not received the package.

UPS driver left a note on my door and said no one was home. My wife was home and said no body knocked at the door.

Packages are always delivered on time.

Fake promises from customer service and can't barely understand what they are saying and delivery drivers don't even knock or right the door bell I can't make this French toast up..

With the volume of cross-border trade, UP has the audacity to charge $80 brokerage fee for a package coming from the US to Canada with a simple GST due. I'm a small business shipping packages to the US daily. I primarily use FedEx and DHL. I never saw any shipper so sneaky when it comes to trying to squeeze customers for an inflated brokerage fee as UPS.
