They have a terrible customer service You order take ever to get to you. They always exceed the delivery time. Am very mad

I sent envelope by UPS on March 18 paid extra was told it would arrive by March 24 or 25 th of March. It is now 31 of March has not been delivered yet.so in my eyes UPS is not a good delivery service to use.
