It seems as though service has been very poor,

Delivered as expected

There was a time when I would have give 5 stars to UPS but after signing the deal with USPS to do final delivery I try not to use them at all costs. I don't have mail delivery therefore I must travel 15 miles to a PO Box, now I have to do this almost every time I order online! UPS used to come here several times a week but I bet it's been a year since they delivered here. I also have written to Amazon and eBay about the problem, if anyone can rattle the cage they can.

I can't track my order. It is supposed to be delivered today but I can't track it.

Never had an issue with UPS. They ring the doorbell when they deliver.

Overnight item was held by customs because ups location I used filled out forms incorrectly

Never got my package and the website was no help at all.

Worst service on the planet. You can be home all day and they don't bother knocking so its a sure thing that your not getting your package... So get ready for aggregavation and disappointment

What a professional organization. THANK YOU for using an extra bag of your own to safeguard my delivery. So very thankful. We use you anytime we can.

Very poor service, the guy who is supposed to deliver the package never comes to the address in many occasions,I would give -5 if it is possible

Ups needs to get their act together I am not impressed with the service

I’m still waiting on my refund that has been processing almost two weeks now. My parcel was dropped off on March 7th but the website claims UPS hasn’t received it yet and I have the return receipt to prove it.

They are useless. They don't deliver on time if at all and you can't talk to anyone on the phone.

Specifically left instructions to leave packages by door and requested for no signature upon deliver yet they take my package to this location and they are supposed to be open at 10 and of course show up here at 10 and they have a piece of paper saying they can give me my package that I shouldn’t even need a signature or anything.
