Never use them not reliable and they never keep their promises, Go FedEx

Y'all did not leave/deliver my expedited parcel I paid $13.50 for the service at my address afforded to a homeless person such as myself. My address is GENERAL DELIVERY HOCKLEY, TX 77447-9999. I am in my 65th year on this earth, my social security bank card is of the UP MOST IMPORTANCE to my well being. I have been without financial meens during the COLDEST IT HAS EVER BEEN IN HOUSTON. COLD, HUNGRY, NO GASOLINE FOR THE VAN I LIVE IN. GENERAL DELIVERY can be received by any clerk at the office, to include the post master himself. I am still trying to find my master card ... Feb 26th to Mar 11th.... Going on the third week! I pray seniors love the red, white and blue!!! United States Postal Service!!! DELIVERY that's DELIVERED.

UPS has been a Godsend this past year as we experienced a pandemic , had our own personal concerns , but always knew that what we needed to order for daily use, family celebrations, holidays and reaching our to others, UPs has always been incredibly efficient! 3/11/21 package from Colorado to St. Martin. Arrival date scheduled for 3/15/21. Omg it has been slightly under 24 hrs and it is already there. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! This is why I only use UPS.

Sick of UPS bogus customs charges that cost as much as the product being shipped. You got paid to ship to Canada, why pass more costs on to your customers?! You also (fraudulently) create multiple bills of lading for one shipment! I never choose UPS is there is another option.

UPS is by far the worst shipping experience ever. I have no clue when my package will be coming. I need to take off work to sign but due to not having an expected delivery date I cannot request off.

Everyone was great. The store manager and the truck driver who picked my package up.

The package had a hole in it and was empty. I have no idea who sent this so they can be informed.

I should listen to the people who told me not to trust ups I paid express shipping and it took over a week and it's not deliver yet what areal bad service defily won't use ups ever again trust usps much better and least expensive
