Parcel suppose to be delivered on 08/03/2021 but without any reason dates changed to March 9. Spoke to the customer service officer she said it out for delivery but the tracking doesn’t show that it’s out for delivery.

Do not use UPS to being your parcel in from the US. Fees are ridiculous. For hst of $17 they charged $72 in fees. 21.9% of shipment value. RIP OFF.

Worst delivery company ever. First of all, it takes at least 12 minutes to speak to anyone. 9 times out of 10 they don’t speak English. When you do actually get to speak to someone that speaks English, they can’t help you. I know that I am living in a new neighborhood on a new street in a new house. But Fed Ex and Amazon and USPS found me. Maybe you could have your driver follow them to my house. I going to request to my sellers not to ever use UPS again, or I won’t buy from them.

you are the only compagnie who cant find my adress for delivery. Purolator , canada post, and discount, got no problem deliver my parcell if the driver do not find the exact location on the gps they unable to deliver, unable to look at the adress nearby on the street there are on . thath the 3 times you cant send my parcell and all other compagnie could its seem you dont give a ------ realy poor svc

This is the first time I’ve used the UPS store and it was very good. My hope is that the delivery driver didn’t throw the package on the porch like they have done numerous times with Chewy delivery to my sister
