were is my package it due today

I phone them few days ago with the tracking number and ask ups to hold the package I was out of Calgary.Today Im back at work the employe told me the package /skis are out for delivery and nothing she can do.Packages they can be still from the door steps.Bad custumer service ,bad management.

No live agent to talk to. My package tracking says it's been in UPS Barstow since Feb 8, to date Feb 16, it hasn't been delivered yet.

Amazing service recently even when we are going through COVID.

They are not using proper skills they are working with. Unlike places like FedEx and usps going from Orlando to GA to tn after i paid next day air prices i didn't receive my package as planned. Do they offer refund for being retarded no! Why go past me to Kentucky while our rds are clear. If I could drive up here then it could ship. Derrrrr

The delivery guy didn’t enter the building after me opening the front door twice. The package didn’t get delivered.

I send a letter express mail on 2/9/21. It is 2/15/21. The letter no received yet??? Tracking said it is still in Georgia. Why????

Package was shipped from Arcadia Florida on 9 February. Expected delivery date was 12 February. As of 0830, 15 February package has not been delivered. Tracking shows it arrived at destination city between 0500 and 0600 on 13 February. UPS tracking states to check back tomorrow for a delivery date. Not happy. Where is the package and when will it be delivered?

I am an idiot for using UPS because every time I do, I swear to never use them again. I mailed my mom and dad’s Valentine’s Day gifts and was told that they would be there the 12th. It is now the 14th and they still have not arrived. When I look up where the package is online, it won’t even tell me where it is. It just says “in transit” and that the weather MIGHT make the package late. Every single time I use UPS, the package is late. I am afraid this package has been lost and I am so upset!!!!

Ordered from Amazon 2/11 in AM, received package 2/13 PM. Same road and weather conditions. My order shipped by UPS was special overnight ( medicine ) ordered 2/10 AM, still not here

Terrible update on tracking. Promised delivery by 9:00 PM yesterday, now 7:00 PM today and package still not delivered. "Tracking" only says package in transit, no estimated time or location. Last time for me to use UPS. Poor service!!

A package was supposedly delivered to my address. It was not and it is perishable. Getting ahold of a person is impossible. I am very mad that this cannot be resolved easily and quickly. I will never use them for my shipping and recommend anyone else not to ship thru them

for 3 days in a row they said my parcel would be delivered, didn't happen you can phone and ask for someone to call you back, does not happen shipping fees are absolutely exorbitant and service very poor I will never ever use this outfit again. very poorly operated
