I am disgusted with this service ups received my parcel.1Z80668E0453114786 in January and I am still waiting for it. I have now asking for my money back.

I paid $97 to have package over nighted to me the package made it to Ms. And stayed there for another day. I would like to have my money back. It was guaranteed

The tracking no is wrong we have tried ten times. What’s up .

The system and the application to track the shipment with map is great way, I like it

Ordered merchandise from Green Bay Wisconsin and in less than 2 days arrived in Hamilton ON Canada. Followed the tracking service on-line which is constantly updated. The 35 pound package arrived in great shape in a timely manner even having to go through customs. Excellent service.

Terrible Racket. On trucking duties $23.52 ending paying $32.53. Why?? Robbery. Rating minus 1000

I never received my package

Very very slow delivery. Been waiting for my package for over 2 weeks and it still has not arrived. Tracking is horrible and does not give the location of the package

keeps delaying and takes long

They had very bad service. They take a lot of money for parcel delivery but parcel not delivered on time. I checked my parcel from last 5 days it shows in China and they are unable to load the parcel on plane schedule time. If u can't do at time please close your business. I don't want to give one star as well because you are not capable for that

My son has been waiting on his phone since Friday and it still hasn’t made it to him. There could at least be a revised time frame for unexpected delays. And the tracking system says it’s been delivered. I’m having a hard time understanding this outcome.
