My parcel was mailed on Friday and was supposed to arrive by Saturday at noon. Now it is Sunday at almost noon and it just says that my package is in transit and won’t say where it is. I give UPS tracking a terrible rating.

I've been waiting for a package coming from Newark New Jersey. Going to Decatur GA. My package was shipped on jan 7 I still have not received it is now feb 4. I've tried calling customer service and they hang up. Extremely Fustrating
