Delivery is not as good as they guarantee. Packages are delivered to wrong address and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

This is the very first time that a delivery was dropped at our open gate .1 mile from my door. It is normally put on my porch. I have never had to look for a package there and would not think to do so. The package was not found until 2 days later. There is no good reason for that to have happened that day. Someone could have easily taken that package. Could have easily been left at a relatives house across the road, as they have in the past. This is unacceptable practice.

My UPS delivery man so unprofessional. I open the door he said is it for Lisa. I said yes. And he said he will leave in on the door step. But I see him JUST THREW it on the floor my package infront of me. What if it damaged? Not happy.

Got my package in one day I ordered shoes from a guy he shipped out from different state but I got them in 1 day!!! It was kinda cool also the package was not damaged

Package lost ,previous package was late by a week ,unreliable for delivery into Canada

I’m trying to track a package and all it says is waiting on item. I don’t know what that means and the “help line” is some company that charges to help you. Ridiculous

Ups told me that my package arrived and that it was near my garage. It wasnt there and there was no ups truck all day.

Lied and said package delivered on my porch..nothing there..this keeps happening.
