Very poor service, the notice did not clearly state the address to pick up the package. The writing is not legible to read. When I called Ups they cannot provide the information where the package. On their notice they said that they will deliver it next business day but it was never delivered.

Said they knocked on my door to deliver my package, but I was outside on my porch. They never even came to my apartment and I'm still waiting for the package.

I changed the address for my parcel from my home address to my business address online on the UPS website when I paid there $5.95 charge on my credit card it closed me out of the site and asked for me to retry which I did the n it asked me to pay for the charge once again so I waited all day at my business address I check the tracking number once again they attempted to deliver to my home address so I called and asked there customer service which where absolutely no help

Ups did not give an approximate time, even it shows delivery between 10-12, it never come to the time, always 3pm. Most of the time the delivery is reschedule. Difficult to contact customer service.

Have never had a problem to date, everything ordered shipped on time, tracking app very useful. Feel very comfortable when shipping anything.

The delivery person did not notice me. He/she did not ring my doorbell or call my phone. This person just left the package at the front door and left. A lot of people in my neighbourhood lost the package because the delivery person didn’t notify anyone. My tracking number is 1ze0907e6707080613.
