i didn’t get my parcel when i called on that location where the tracking id showing,they were rude,also not pickup call ,stupid guys ,

This is ridiculous how long taking package to return to sender for refund. Has been in transit for 11 days and still not where it is supposed to be. This is January not December and I need the refund for this package.

Lady at the drop off center was polite and very helpful explained everything. And parcels got to the destination safe and fast

He leave at an unsafe area in the lobby where any one can take it ,there is someone in my building who steal package .I live in an apartment building put the package to the door or call the person

Disappointed with the tracking map and also a time scale would be helpful instead of just saying end of day...

Poor service. Parcels have been in Sofia 6 days at UPS depot and still no proper update of information or movement of goods. I was going to order more items from Amazon which i will mot now do. Greatly disappointed

Our package was left in the snow bank where our driveway meets the road, 500 m from our home. Had my son not found it there while out for a walk, we would have no idea where it was so-called "delivered". Our driveway, although long, is easily accessible for any vehicle and the mere 2" of snow shouldn't prevent any delivery driver or vehicle or they shouldn't be driving. I am very disappointed at the lack of respect for our property (the package in question) and would like an explanation by the driver as to why they chose to toss our property into a snow bank so far from our home with no notice.

UPS tried hard. Our society has ways of instant gratification and we're use to that has times have changed. Patience for these Men and Women. Thank You.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with UPS TRACKING and my UPS App. My package was not delivered on promised time and date no info was provided until I contact customer service to get information.
