Wonderful customer service at desk. I received a jpg file on my personal email. And service representative , informed me yes. That was sent to you for free shipping. Yet the attachment was in my email. She requested my phone and sent the document to a ups work account. And was able to print and attach the label to my package. Not to mention she was sorting other things yet still knowledgeable in Android and iOS phones. Well done.

They don’t seem to update the tracking history often. Today is September 3, 2020 and the last time the tracking history was updated was on August 31, 2020.
